To make things better for me on things I do not want to do ( e.g. lose a couple of pounds) I give myself a small treat when I lose a pound or complete a habit goal. That keeps me going.

I never do well in January. I usually get more energized by the end of it and ready to implement more in February. Good luck to you! Also - might I recommend making your goals a little less restrictive? Like maybe ease into weigh in everyday to weigh in on MWF or something. That always helps me!

Man do I hear you about recommitting. I OWN the first week of Jan and then by week 2, I look half crazed and have no clue what I’m doing with my life. Recommitting right there with you!
